Tokenization wording that stays inside your perimeter.
We audit every public surface of your tokenization platform for perimeter-critical terms, map them to FINMA, BaFin, AMF, MAS, and OJK - and deliver engineering-ready replacements your counsel signs off.
Your counsel built the structure cleanly. Your hero page did not.
Most tokenization platforms do not fail at their structure. They fail at three recurring patterns on the marketing surface that undermine the counsel-approved position underneath.
Forbidden triggers in the hero
"Investor", "investment", "ROI", "yield", "dividend", "fractional ownership" - terms every supervisor in DACH and SEA reads as a securities indicator.
Contradictions between footer and body
Footer disclaims "not an investment vehicle", body promises specific returns. In 2026 this is the most-flagged pattern in BaFin and FINMA marketing reviews.
No bilingual mappings
DE wording clean, EN wording breaks the perimeter - or vice versa. Tokenization teams rarely keep a consistent mapping across all market languages.
From a single audit to ongoing perimeter protection.
Perimeter Audit
Complete inventory of every perimeter-critical term across your public-facing surface.
- 45-80 page Audit Report (PDF) with every finding, severity score, and recommended replacement.
- Bilingual glossary (Notion or Google Sheet) for your copy, dev, and CS teams.
- Jurisdiction mapping (FINMA, BaFin, AMF, CSSF, CNMV, MAS, OJK) - we show which wording set keeps you safe where.

Review
Quarterly audit of every page launched since the last review. We flag drift, recommend corrections, ship a delta report. Plus a 60-minute compliance Q&A each quarter.
Four profiles, one shared need.
Pre-launch RWA founder
You are planning a launch in EU, DACH, or SEA within the next six months and your counsel has sketched a perimeter positioning.
Post-launch tokenization platform
You have been live for under 18 months, are expanding into new jurisdictions, and need to recalibrate your marketing wording.
Family office with tokenization vehicle
You are structuring an internal tokenization vehicle and need perimeter-safe investor communication - without securities triggers.
Web3 studio with issuer mandates
You build for multiple tokenization clients and want a referenceable wording standard you can re-apply.
- US securities issuers (Reg D / Reg CF / Reg A+) - you need specialised US securities counsel for that.
- FINMA- or BaFin-licensed banks or investment firms - you are intentionally inside the perimeter.
- Tokenization projects without external counsel - we complement counsel, we do not replace them.
The audit comes from a deployed platform.
This methodology was engineered for a fully deployed Indonesian RWA tokenization platform on Polygon mainnet. Before launch, the wording passed a full counsel review under OJK perimeter rules - the same structure we translate into FINMA, BaFin, AMF, and CSSF jurisdictions. We do not name the client publicly, but the audit asset is the same.
What you should know.
Which jurisdictions does the audit cover?
Switzerland (FINMA, FinSA, FinIA), Germany (BaFin), France (AMF), Luxembourg (CSSF), Spain (CNMV), Liechtenstein (FMA), plus Singapore (MAS) and Indonesia (OJK). Other markets on request.
Do you issue legal opinions?
No. We deliver engineering and product-side wording recommendations that your counsel reviews and signs off. We are not lawyers and we do not replace counsel mandates.
What does this mean for my FINMA application?
We do not prepare a Unterstellungsanfrage - that is counsel work. We reduce the risk that your public marketing surface complicates or contradicts your regulatory positioning.
How are you different from MME, Baer & Karrer, or Walder Wyss?
Those firms deliver legal opinions. We deliver engineering-ready wording that translates their guidance into your codebase and CMS. The two disciplines complement each other - we do not compete.
Why can I not just do this myself?
You can - if you have experience shipping a mainnet-deployed RWA stack that passed full counsel review. Otherwise the learning cycle costs more than the audit.
